About me:
 Who [or what] are the purple b-atches?

+ The term "purple b-atch" started out as a pet name Miss Mary Suicidal used with Miss Paranoia years ago, and it spread amongst a tight circle of friends.
+ At the time, we abused the color in every possible way... from hair dye, to clothing, to web layouts and art.
Hence the "purple."
"B-atch" is a funny way of pronouncing the word "bitch" - a word that we abuse to this day.
+ Today the purple b-atches consists, as before, of a tight circle of very close friends.
+ We share an infinate amount of trivial girly things in common. Not all of us have the same interests, though, that would be dull... Some of us are music snobs. Some of us are literature snobs. Some of us are goth snobs. Some of us look snobby but are just not interested. Some of us are cynical. Some of us are not. We are all artsy in one way or another, and we all share a similar background; our sensibilites are what binds us so closely to one another.
+ Though it may seem narcissistic to make a website and now, a myspace account to celebrate our friendship (and we could care less if you see it that way), it is actually just one of the ways in which we demonstrate how much we care for each other.
+ This is why you'll see so many pieces of purple b fanart that we've made. We're not trying to prove anything, we are simply inspired by one another.
+ We don't think we're cooler than you.
+ If you have anything mean to say, you can keep it to yourself.
+ No one else can ever be a purple b-atch because they would have to have lived through what we have together already.
+ We have a secret language.
+ We laugh untill we cry when we're together, usually.
+ It's fair to mention that some of the original members of this "clique" [if it can even be called that] aren't featured on this page because we haven't heard from them in ages.
+ This page is maintained by all of us.
+ But Miss Narco wrote all this shite. <3
