Hailing from Bern, Switzerland, not quite the Rock City one would at first imagine, parties break hearts aim to deliver sounds with new
dynamics. Arisen out of the ashes of previous projects, parties break hearts play a prismatic form of Rock, crafted with mainly one purpose: to make people move to the music! Take melody, tight rhythms, catchy hooks, frenzied guitars, soothing moments, guitar solos and an appropriate dose of impudence, throw everything into a melting pot and there you have it, a sizzling blend of unpretentious, yet powerful Rock that will have you
want to party! But at the same time some songs will induce you to want to sit back and enjoy the mellow ride, taking a break from the peppy rollercoaster.
With Martin on vocals and guitar, Mike on bass and backing vocals, Leandro on guitar and Christian on drums, parties break hearts are mindset to deliver
powerful and spectacular live performances, set a good mood, and, last but not least, bring a breath of fresh air. With most members having had their
good share of experience playing around Switzerland and beyond, including Austria, Italy and Germany, you can be sure that parties break hearts are able to put up a great show.
Having released their debut "life is too short to dance with ugly people" through UK-based Label Lockjaw Records in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, parties break hearts are now capturing the hearts of music-lovers all over Europe, and maybe even further. So far parties break hearts have had the chance to play with bands such as DIE HAPPY, THE REAL MCKENZIES, THE FLATLINERS to only name a few... Their first Videoclip of the song "Dance, Dance Revolution" is on rotation on national TV and their songs are on air on different radiostations all over Europe.
