and a soft spot for kittens inspired the two to start a band – p.b.r streetgang.
Ok, maybe it wasnt so much fate and destiny or chemical chance, but a well deserved coincidence for two flippant, fucked up teenagers, both tired of the post - grunge speil and raised on the heat wave of pre - millenial fever to share there wierdness!
It didnt all happen at once, infact it nearly didn't happen at all. Years of playing house kept the partners in crime apart, but in the spring of 2009 the two re-united and formed p.b.r streetgang.
Sam swithched to bass after offering up his guitars as sacrifice to the Gods of Funk, Groove and Upholstery at the local incinerator.
The gods of funky bass were much obliged by Sams offering and gave him the ability to follow the unpredictable and rather confusing patterns of Eddie's guitar licks!
As time has passed the band has had its ups and its downs, usually down to a lack of phone credit.Its rumored the band has finally joined the french revolution, who have generously loaned them a drummer, no one is alowed to know his real name though so we call him Tix.
