WHO AM I?
You may think otherwise for whatever your reason, but I truly am just a simple and ordinary person. In my short time in this world I have had many accomplishments, but I have also had many failures. I have learned to cherish all that I have worked for and earned in life, and also to learn from the mistakes I have made so that I may live on more cautiously.
I have experienced love, and I have felt hate and fear as I stared down the barrel of a gun. I have taken actions to speak out against such hate in front of thousands of people in person, and millions of people on television.
I have been in more odd and bizarre situations than any other person that I know of, some have a hard time believing the truth behind it all, but I know the truth, and I know that it has built a character within me and has given me the strength I need to be the person that I am meant to be in this world.
In so many respects I stand alone in this world, but that will not stop me from being who I am, saying what I think, feeling what I feel, and standing up for the person I am. I may be too blunt or opinionated in some people's eyes, but one thing about me that can never be argued is that I don't lie, cheat, or steal to get ahead in life or for any other reason.
I have many passions and paths in life that I desire to explore. Photography is one of my greatest passions, as well as anything that requires creativity, patience, and an eye for perfection to create a masterpiece.
I have had everything from rags to riches and back to rags again. I have walked down a red carpet and partied with well known celebrities, and I have walked down alleys and sat amongst the nobody's of this world.
Of everything I have experienced in this world, I am still me... A strong minded, independent person who is real to the bones. I tell it like it is without any fear, and I am not afraid of rejection or even widening a few people's eyes when giving my opinion.
I am caring, considerate, and compassionate. I am very sensitive, yes... I even cry at weddings, but I also have a very hard shell to protect myself from harm. I think of others before myself, and most times find myself left behind by those people. I am very analytical and think everything through carefully, but at the same time I can be very quick-witted.
I know that in some way, and some day that the world will know me for whatever it is that I am meant to be known for. I also know that I will never change myself to be what anyone else wants me to be... I will always be me!
