After a couple years of fucking around with various members and a few really good songs, Brian Hopper (Hellshock, ex-Detestation, Atrocious Madness, Defiance,etc), Marty Pants (ex-Nux Vomica), Scott Goto (Defiance, ex-Deadly Ultra Sound), Jason Roberts (Abandon, Feedling, Splatterhouse, ex-Fall Of The Bastards, Dekapitator, etc), and Chris Carey (Skullsplitter, ex-Poison Idea, Religious War, Dead Conspiracy, etc) finally came together out of love for 80's heavy rock n' roll, early metal and punk rock. The lack of bands doing this style made it all more exciting and important to play. After a year going hard, Chris Carey decided it was in his best interest not to continue playing in Burning Leather. No hard feelings at all, just not the right time. So, we asked our old buddy Kelly Halliburton (Defiance, Pierced Arrows, ex-Detestation, Resist, Deprived, etc. who, incidentally helped write a few of those early songs) to play full time. Still selling our demo, we also have 2 split 7"s in the works( 1 w/G.A.T.E.S and 1 w/The Slowmotions), a 12" to be recorded soon and a tentative west coast tour. ...and the train kept a rollin'!

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
