Wednesdays 7-9 PM
1614 NE AlbertaJust go through the front door and follow the signs. We have a 35-45 minute meditation-guided or silent depending on the pulse of the group each week. We then have a reading and discussion. There is also time to share/discuss practice stuff or other desired topics.
Saturdays 5-7pm
at Friends of the Dhamma1422 SE Tacoma (in Sellwood)
The Dharma Punx Saturday sits will be resuming Saturday January 2nd from 5-7 at Friends of the Dhamma in Sellwood! It will be the same format as before- :45 of sitting meditation, :10 of walking meditation, a break, a reading and a share period.
