About me:
So here's the thing... A few of us were sitting around one night bitching about how hard it is meeting cool single people. It seems like everybody's doing personal ads these days, but, really, COME ON! There's got to be a better way. Somebody asked why it's so hard to meet new people in person... and from that came PDXERS.
PDXERS is a singles mingler type of group. We met on the first and third Wednesday each month from 7 to 10pm for mingling over great beer and board games. OK, it really tended to be more about card games, but it was great nonetheless.
PDXERS is currently on hiatus. We're taking a break - but who knows... we may change our minds.
If you're thinking "Well that sucks!" maybe you should do what we did. Start a group and have mingling of your own. It's pretty easy, really. Just set a time and place, and let people know about it. By the second or third time your group meets, it'll become... y'know... a thing.
It worked for us anyway!
