To all our broken children! If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best of conditions. If we train in music, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems as if our mind is like a balloon in the wind – blown here and there by external circumstances. If things go well, our mind is happy, but if they go badly, it immediately becomes unhappy. However, we can decide we have everything we want. The lovers, friends and possessions we currently enjoy but we must except that we will inevitably be separated from these as time changes all. The more we cling and resist this change the greater the mental stickiness, or attachment, that causes us pain. Music is our greatest evolutionary shield of our body mind and spirit! Once the mind is lost or in torment it only needs music to bring it back to center. Find Ur Music and Live YOUR SONG!!!

This morning I woke up a prisoner, unable to recognize the faces standing over me!! They were all dressed in uniforms of brutality!! I'm promised only to be weeping and a-wailing tonight!! Who will stop the tears!! Our people have been suffering all these long, long years!! How many rivers do we have to cross!! We must have already paid the cost!! That’s why we're gonna be burnin' and a-lootin' tonight!! Just to SURVIVE!!
