Let me fast Fwd then play then fast Fwd again ok I was on the Farm in Ohoupo in the Waikato must have been 1987 I was still a little kid and Run Dmc’s Walk This Way was being played on TV here I was like Wow cause I was still listening to my Breakdance Tape that actually had Ice T on it with his song Reckless I love that tape well anyway before I make another whole story again let me say my uncle and a 2nd cousin who the tapes I found belong to had gone out hunting so no one was home so I went to the stereo and I found a Fat Boys tape “Crushin” plus Beastie Boys License to ILL and The one that really got my attention and wanting to be decked out in all black leather with cold chains and a Kangol was L.L. Cool J’s Bigger And Deffer (B.A.D) man that moment really change my life out there on the Farm ahahah I could not have been any further away from the streets of NY where this music was being spawned from and here was I sitting in my orange track pants with patches listening to something that has really changed what youth culture has become today well I gotta make dinner for my daughter and I will give a real run down of what Albums I love and cherish new and old.
