About me:
Beginning August 30th 2007, Peas & Rice takes place every Thursday from 9pm-2am at The Aroma Company: 3417 Connecticut Avenue NW Washington, D.C. (across from the Uptown Theater)
Selectadeb kicks things off at 9pm with Dub, Afrobeat, and Classic Reggae. From 10pm to 2am John Johnson plays Nujazz, Brokenbeat, House, and downtempo with an emphasis on Brazilian, Latin, African, and West London flavors.
