Pedro Costa is an up and coming Canadian singer songwriter from Northern Ontario. Born of Portuguese roots he spent part of his childhood living in Europe which influenced his taste in music. Although he was involved in music in various capacities throughout his life, he became serious about song writing late in 2008. In February 2009 released his first EP “The Light”. The title track has charted nationally in Poland and has been garnering attention in all corners of the world. His music has been described thus far as a blend of Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, and Classic Rock.
Pedro is currently working on new music. It’s a time of discovery in many aspects of the song writing process and of himself as a songwriter and human being. The new album is in production and slated for release in 2010.
