El Silencio del Agua “The Silence of Water” is a six-piece Suite inspired by Water, it’s movement, and it’s sounds as well as the principal function it plays on the existence of life on our planet.
It is also a call for introspection on a quest for essential being; a search for the sacred in human nature. -----------------------------------------------
I am a musician and sculptor born in Bogota Colombia. I went to school in Boston: first, I graduated in Fine Arts and Music at Curry College and then continued at New England Conservatory and Berklee College of Music. I also lived in Paris for thee years doing sculpture.
My art and my music have always been very close to nature, and to improvisation. I am interested in working in different artistic disciplines simultaneously; it is one way of creating New Art.
I am in My Space because I believe in independent production and promotion. I think it is a great way to meet interesting people from allover; artists, musicians, writers etc. and shear my work with them, while getting to know theirs.
Other interests: The ocean, swimming, surfing, nature, hiking and traveling; also photography, video art, architecture, design, landscaping architecture and land Art.
I also actively participate in environmental protection through Fundacion Natura Colombia www.natura.org.co--------------------------------------------------CONTACTING PEDRO CRUMP: musicaoceanica@gmail.com
Pedro thanks for adding me and also for your kind words. Your music is beautiful. I love the idea of exploring the theme of water within music - it resonates for me. The quiet stillness and fluidity of your compositions is so elegant - I especially like La Permeanencia de un Sueno. yours, Odette

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
