About me:
Since 1975, all Pedulla instruments have been proudly handcrafted in the in the USA using the finest woods, electronics, hardware, and building techniques. We do not offer (nor have we ever offered) any “import” models. Each and every Pedulla bass is made here in our shop in Massachusetts by Michael Pedulla.
Unlike many many other bass companies, we are in the business of making “instruments”, with the belief that an instrument is a tool which allows the artist to express their soul, their character, as their art, without limitation. If the instrument is rewarding and encouraging, it leads us to want more, learn more, express more, and play better.
We do not believe that these qualities are found in mass production. Creative designs, solid tools, skilled hands, passion for what you do, and a big helping of whatever it is that makes us individuals, is what makes the great instruments. It is the very same qualities that make great musicians.

I've been a Pedulla bass player for over 25 years. You built me a custom model MVP4 back in 1980 and I've been playing it ever since. Loved it so much I went out and bought an MVP5 about 10 years ago as my primary instrument. Just outstanding.
Thank you so much for what you do.

On June 30th 2009 someone stole my Pentabuzz out of my car after I had just got done playing a show. I don't remember what the serial number was. All I can remember is that it made in 1999, I have some pictures of me playing it on in my profile. I actually changed my profile pic to one from the show that night, the last time I ever played it. This is truly the worst thing to have ever happened to me. :'-(
