hahaha! Thanks, darlin! That was my first thought, too. Think we're cynical or do you think the world is just full of weirdos?
Meh. Maybe both.

So I have my last last final in law school on Thursday. Entertainment law. Do you know anyone who could put on a blond wig and take it for me? UGH.

Hi Peggy,
I have been trying to remember what show we worked on together. I reconize your name. American Dreams, Species 3, CSI, ??? It was funny after the article came out in the Times how every female juicer was a suspect. Nice work documenting our toils. I'm a Grip, and I appreciated your flattery in the article. It sure is nice to be having some time off and getting lots of sleep! Take care,

Nice shoes. Wanna fuck?

Just kidding. (no I'm not, call me)

In all honesty, though, Peggy, if I could pick just one chick from the blogosphere, it'd be you, baby. (don't tell Tiffany, she'll get all jealous)

Keep up the righteous work and know that someday, we shall overcome.

spanks for the add....
I've worked on a bunch of different sets (music video/commercial /photo shoot/ movie... and i've always thought someone should really tell people how unglamorous and downright playground it all can be sometimes.... so thanks for that!
btw the story about the producer (?) who wouldn't get out of the doorway was so spot on... i always wondered - back when they were just lowly p.a's or whatever - did they think "yeah, screw this man when i'm top dog i'll fuck everyone up and stand in the way to show i'm king shit"!

Love your blog! I can still relate to it even though I usually work shows with a 5-6 person crew (which usually means I get stuck doing a LOT more than normal...but I don't mind if it's fun stuff ;) )

Cheers!

I've been really hooked on your blog since summer. Allen also works as a music engineer so he appreciates the 'long hours' and crew stories I relay back to him. And you tell them so well! - Christina
