Coolest Friends

Blurbs

About me:

I was born to a Baptist minister, the Rev. Robert L. Chaney, and was one of eleven children. I am retired. I founded a restaurant in the 1970's in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, called Peggy's Restaurant. But my husband didn't want me to work. So I sold the restaurant to my sister, Loretta. Then I wound up working for Loretta in the restaurant that I started. Isn't it funny how things work out?

I have had two husbands and have divorced twice. Mostly for the same reasons. I have one son, Kevin, from my first marriage.

I don't visit MySpace that often. I spend most of my time online checking e-mail, but I occasionally post to my blog at Mama Peggy's. Come by and visit me sometime.

Who I'd like to meet:

Jesus. Billy Graham. Anyone nice who can be a friend without having a hidden agenda. I would like have a male friend to talk and maybe have dinner with, without having to deal with that middle part.
