P.Ellis Drums is a custom drum company that offers competitive pricing on drums made to accommodate each drummer’s individual needs. We specialize in working directly with drummers to find the exact specs of each order, from the overall look of the drums to the type of sound wanted out of each drum. Our goal is to collaborate and innovate with each P.Ellis Drum owner to provide them with the most perfect drum for their needs.
P.Ellis Drums came into existence in June of 2006 when Philip Ellis created the very first P. Ellis Custom drum set in the living room that he shared with six other college housemates. After playing on a summer tour and receiving compliments on the appearance and sound of the drums, he knew he had something worth pursuing. He then made a few drum sets and snares for some friends, but was quickly running out of room. In June of 2007, Philip moved his workshop from his living room to a wood shop located at the Glass Jar Studios in Abilene, Texas to make room for more drums to be worked on.

P.Ellis Drums use 100% KELLER VSS Maple Shells - available in 6 & 8 ply for
toms, 8-ply for bass drums and 10 ply for snares. VSS stands for "Vibrating Sound
Source", and are the preferred wood for performing musicians through out the
globe. Price
To Order drums:
-Email Info@pellisdrums.com and explain exactly what you want (drum sizes, finish, hardware, heads) and we’ll send you a quote. Please include your shipping address so we can calculate shipping.
-Once the quote is approved 50% of payment is due. We accept paypal, money order, or certified bank check. (no personal checks)
-The remainder of payment is due before it will be shipped to you.
-Our turnaround time for all drums is 1-2 months unless otherwise stated. (when your order is placed we will try to give you a more precise time frame, according to how many drums are in the shop at the moment.)
The sizes in this price list are the shells we currently have in stock, however we can get pretty much any size drum you want.
