    Penelope Fortier grew up in Montreal, but spent the second half of her life traveling around the world. A "Jack of all trades", she delved into all forms of visual and preforming arts, before she finally decided to settle down in Los Angeles, where she began writing her first songs. Classically trained in acoustic guitar and voice at an early age, she naturally brings elements of what she has learned into her music.
