El esfuerzo y la entrega en el ámbito musical son normalmente indicativos del éxito, pero existe un elemento creativo que marca una línea entre los grandes músicos y el resto.
Pepe Acebal posee ese punto diferenciador, que le ha llevado a convertirse en uno de los baterías con mayor proyección de nuestro pais.
Asturiano de origen, reside actualmente en Madrid, donde trabaja para algunos de los grupos y músicos más influyentes de la escena madrileña.
A lo largo de su dilatada carrera musical, Pepe Acebal ha participado en numerosos proyectos de ámbitos musicales muy diversos que van desde el folk al jazz, pasando por el flamenco, el rock y el blues en bandas como FMM, Doctor Ritmo, Big Trip, Chema Vilchez Trio, Razl, Koniec, Cave Canem, Tela, Folkgando, Spoon, Second Line, Flash Bit, The Crazy Swing o Stukas.
Además, Pepe Acebal ha participado en sesiones de grabación y actuaciones en directo con grandes músicos de la escena nacional como Chema Vílchez, Javier Coble, Serguei Sapricheff, Chico Durán, Kepa Osés,Razl ,Moisés Sánchez, Antonio Peñalver, Iván Rodríguez, Walter Geromet, Javier Paxariño, Robin Cooper y Sergio Mena, e internacional como Damian Erskine, Mike Keneally, Dean Brown, Charlie Dennard y Bryan Beller.

Effort and dedication to music are key to success, but creativity is the component that draws the line between major musicians and the rest of all.
Pepe Acebal has this differential component, which has made him one of the drummers of biggest renown in our country.
Although born in Asturias, he is currently living in Madrid, where he plays for some of the most influential bands and musicians of the Madrid scene.
As part of his musical career he has participated in many projects with Flock, Jazz, Flamenco, Rock and Blues bands such as FMM, Doctor Ritmo, Big Trip, Chema Vilchez Trio, Razl, Koniec, Cave Canem, Tela, Folkgando, Spoon, Second Line, Flash Bit, The Crazy Swing or Stukas.
