I live in Cairns, QLD. It is a nice place, the nightlife is great, there's usually always something to do here.
I have 3 jobs. I'm an Office Administrator for a local Printing company, to fill the gap I work in the fridge at IGA and in my spare time I'm a Web Developer.
Sometimes town gets to see my face (and the rest of me) on a Friday or Saturday night. Clubbing is good fun, there awesome in Cairns.
I'm addicted to live gigs, especially metal. I've seen Trivium, Bring Me The Horizon, The Amity Affliction and heaps of other bands like Wish For Wings and Canniblast who are Cairns based.
..I really do like getting out often, for a coffee, eating food and...well that's just it, coz the fact I don't have many friends around here. Well only been here for 8 months, I was a well loner for a phase there.
If I'm not out then I usually use my computer, I have a couple 24 inch monitors and a surround sound in my room, so playing games is really fun but I'm not really a gamer and never have been.
Other than that I watch movies, Scrubs, design some art. I'm very interested in digital art so try my hand at that, but really all I can do is photo-manipulation. Still got some nice looking images though. I have a Canon 450D, and enjoy Photography. I like to do the whole package and shoot pics then manipulate them in Photoshop. I can play around with that pretty successfully too.
Well I'm bored, does anyone else in Cairns appreciate digital art like I? I know there are Photographers but are there any my age?
