PEP T is the creation of John Maddox (bass, vocals) and Nigel Date (guitar).
John and Nigel have played together for 8 years averaging over 200 gigs a year together as Pep T or in the core of countless other musical acts. Long associated with the Bardfly's Poetry night at the Friend In Hand Hotel Glebe, they have also toured the country, played overseas, done jazz festivals, folk festivals, been on radio and TV, played at weddings, funerals, hotels, restaurants, cafes, private events, corporate events, charity events, galleries, bahmitzvahs, busked and basically found all kinds of excuses paid and otherwise to play...

PEP T is currently performing as a trio with fantastic drummer Cameron Reid. The repertoire has expanded to incorporate more hits from the 70's and 80's with a bluesy,swampy feel as well as the funk, fusion, rock and jazz they are known for.
