Long Beach Junior Concert Band	Nov 22 2007 8:54 AM Hey everyone its that time of year again. CHRISTMAS TIME!!!! This is the Long Beach Junior Concert Band's most busiest time of the year! We are looking for new members to come down and audition for Flute, Clarinet, Saxophones (ALL KINDS) Contra Clarinet, Piccollo, Bells, Melaphones, Baritones, Trombones, Trumpets, Sousaphones, and percussion. Prior experience is requested on all wind instruments however if you are interested in our Syncopated Drum Section no experience in music is neccessary! The same goes for our Pageantry Corps. WE CAN TEACH YOU! If your on colorguard at school that is a plus. For all LBUSD students you guys are required to complete 40 hours of community service. LBJCB COUNTS AS SERVICE LEARNING HOURS! You can log them in once you have passed your audition. The great thing is that not only to performances count, but so do rehearsals!! You can complete 40 hours easily in a month with LBJCB in the Xmas Season. Rehearsals are Thursday nights from 6:30-9:15. Marching Practices are Tuesday nights from 6:30-9:15. Don't pass this opportunity up to join LBJCB! We have a wide selection of charts and memorized music. Come play this exciting music! Come listen to our thunderious Syncopated Drum Section!!Come wear the red white, blue and gold colors and join the LBJCB FAMILY NOW!
