Well, my life gives honor to my Mexican heritage, it has been a soap opera and like most of them my soap opera has arrived to a happy ending. I love life but more than anything else, I LOVE MY KIDS, TWO OF THE BADDEST BADASSES ON THE PLANET. THEY MAY NOT BE PERFECT BUT THEY ARE PERFECT FOR ME. I would not trade them for the world. .... My family and my friends is what is all about for me. Gratitude is a big part of my life and my world so I am very lucky to love every place and every experience I have whether alone, with my kids, my family or my friends.... and now with my hubby...seriously, how lucky can a girl get? My kids have nicknamed me the 'Retard X' of adventures! All because even with a map and a GPS I continue getting "lost" into discovering new wonderful places. I love people but more so kids. Adore them. Being a Catholic, I should have popped out babies every other year but no problem, I just seem to adopt them in my heart wherever I go.....Once a Mom always a Mom. 'Cheessy'ness, does not come easy, but I have perfected it into an art form. I love books. Between my husband and I we have a huge collection. Have yet to read them all, but with age I am sure the joints will begin to creak and squeek giving me a sign that it is time to sit down and read... in the meantime.....LIVE LIFE! Many people think I am crazy but what others think of me is none of my business. So there. Blessed are those who are crazy and courageous enough to follow their dreams... and so here I am in Spain, in wine country, in La Rioja, starting ALL OVER AGAIN! I love 'El Camino de Santiago' and my favorite thing to do is watch pilgrims walk by my apartment in the morning with their backpacks on while I hold on to a cup of coffee. BUEN CAMINO PEREGRINO! ULTREIA! Been there, done that, know what it is like... I just want to hug them! ...... Mean people make sad, very sad. I just do not understand it.......much less a superficial life. I believe that life should be lived with a purpose not have a purpose to live it. People nowadays are conformists and I find them very boring. I like people who have taken challenges to follow their dreams and even if they did not fulfill those dreams they dared go after them and BELIEVED.... In my inner world, I am the richest woman in the world, on the outside? I don't much to show for it but somehow there is always more than enough to be able to share and gladly. ..
