About me:
"The Perfect Date" is a short film from Sothea Studios, an independent production company comprised of American and Cambodian/American filmmakers. The film is only 15 minutes long, but it's unlike anything before. What I mean by that is the lead actor is an American, but the movie is shot in Khmer (the official language of Cambodia), and I don't mean that it's dubbed! These actors are actually speaking Khmer! Starring Jared Davis as the lead. And co-stars Paula Danh, and Sokham Dira; both Cambodian/American. The story is hilarious, and the concept is totally unique! Directed by Nathaniel Nuon and produced by Wade Miller, Jared Davis, and Nathaniel Nuon, this film is sure to make you laugh. Sothea StudioS is taking the Khmer film market to the next level of production quality. This is a great looking film.
