Perfume is a Seattle area band. Justin and William were introduced by Josh Henningsgaard, of Bad Love Sessions, in early 2008. Shortly after, Perfume played their first show with just six rehearsals under their belt. Rather than back out of the show due to the lack of rehearsal time they decided to go for it and there was much rejoicing in the streets. Even though the noize was raw and very much in its zygote stage people were dropping their jaws and loving every second of it. Over the course of several more rehearsals William and Justin eventually gave each other a few brokeback mountain cowboy stares...sparks, sex, beer and noize...blah blah blah, musical revelations.
Though early on in their career as a band, they have been working nonstop on getting their foundation laid in order to build up the musical empire that will be perfume. They have played with the likes of Slackhabit, Indecisive Rhythm, Pretty Ugly, and many more. Perfume is considered to be part of the Indecisive rhythm family, aka the dumpster hoodlums, and have been accomplices to many cupcake projectiles.
There are big plans for perfume in 2009, including official t-shirts, many ep sales, a local area tour, a live DVD as well as a full length perfume album. The band has already started saving their hair clippings and bottling their sweat for future sale...stay tuned.

not much news on the badn front right now, we've secures an amazing house and we're all moving on the 1st of july. the album is still being tinkered with, we're trying to listen to the rough mixes as much as possible so we can take notes on what levels need to be fixed, and so forth.
album should be finished and ready by mid july at the latest!
