Hier gibt's keine Gitarren!
Nun, seit Jahren besitze ich eine Ukulele. Eines Tages, nein, Abends war ich auf einem Konzert und kam auf die Idee, dass man mit der Ukulele auch Musik machen könne. Was seltsam war, weil auf diesem Konzert gar keine Ukulelen gespielt wurden. Da ich bestimmt lächerlich in einem Hula-Rock aussähe und lieber mit Blumen in der Luft herum winke anstatt sie als Kette zu tragen (ich tendiere zu Heuschnupfen), musste musikalisch was anderes her. Und so kam die Idee zu dem, was ihr jetzt hört.
Noch spiele ich alle Instrumente alleine und bin auch der einzige Sänger auf den Aufnahmen (stimmt nicht, einmal gibt eine Gaststimme!).
Ihr hört:
viele Ukulelen (teils mit Effekten)
einen bundunreinen Bass (Danke, Svensson!)
Konservenschlagzeug
ein Billigkeyboard (manchmal)
mind. eine Stimme
Aber live sieht das ganz anders aus.

Well, I owned a ukulele for quite some years. The other day, uhm, evening I went to a concert and it came to my mind that I could use it to play some music. Which is odd, since no ukuleles were involved in the concert. Due to the fact that I would look ridiculous in a hula-skirt and rather wave flowers around in the air than wearing them around my neck (hay fever), I had to come up with a different style of music. So the idea to what you are hearing now was born.
Up to this point I'm the only instrumentalist and the only singer on my recordings (which is not quite correct. There's one song with a guestvoice).
What you are hearing:
loads of Ukuleles (sometimes with effects)
a badly intonated bass (thanks, Svensson!)
Midi-Drums
a real cheap keyboard (sometimes)
and at least one voice.
Great concert at the Atomic on Friday, well done sir. Looking forward to more in the future. I fell in love with the electric ukelele, great sound on four strings.

Morrissey's gig at the Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon tonight has been halted after the former Smiths frontman collapsed on stage.
The Mancunian star opened the set with his classic song 'This Charming Man' and fell to the floor before he could begin his second. He was stretchered off the stage by medical staff.
It is yet to be announced if the concert has been cancelled or if he will return to the stage.

Ja guten Abend! Die Freude ist ganz meinerseits,selten so überrascht gewesen wie gestern,als ich das zum ersten mal hörte. Bin schwer beeindruckt.
