Perry Went Home started in 2006 in New York City. Noah began developing the project, and recorded a few songs with engineer Juano Lippi along with long time music collaborator Danny Sher on drums. Upon Noah & Danny's return to their hometown of St. Louis is November '06, they joined with Noah's brother, Ben Wheeler on bass, and guitarist Dave Kreher (of Aether). Perry Went Home went on to wow audiences in St. Louis and NYC clubs like the Way Out Club, Off Broadway, & Pianos, and also released a 6 song EP "Dad" that they recorded themselves in their house in Brentwood, MO. Their short lived career was ended by Noah's return to NYC in October of '07. Perry Went Home is survived by Fuller (Ben, Danny, and Dave's new band), and the Naked Hearts (Noah's new band with Amy and Jim in NY).
