Persona Grata was formed in November 2006 in Pittsburgh PA, from the three remaining members of the instrumental math rock outfit Evergreen Movement.
These fine gentleman use a mathy, progressive musical style mixed with edgy, aggressive vocals and subtle samples. By utilizing the band’s ability to switch instruments, they create more diversity in the writing process and uniqueness from song to song. This dynamic is used in the studio as well as during live performances.
---Pittsburgh City Paper Frienemies Review, By: Aaron Jentzon---
The driving, jagged guitars and odd-time grooves on "Exhibit A" show quite a contrast to the perky plinking on "Exhibit C," which wouldn't be out of place as a music bed for an evening news segment, or an episode of The Outer Limits.
If you have not watched the Persona Grata video you should question your existence. If you did not like the Persona Grata video you should do something about your existence. Enough said.

How come everytime I come to the Persona Grata site my hand leaves the mouse and somehow ends up on my penis? Please help me figure out the cause of this?
a word to the wise, if you think SITE:B is a legitiment venue, think again! for the past 2 weeks bands did not get paid , and to top that there was only 80 fuckin people there and fuckin barricades were set up so the kids can't interact, now what kind of threat is that. bands are made to sell tickets to the show and do promotion , but yet are treated like pee-ons and don't get paid. then, when a promoter is asked about money for a traveling band, he runs and hides behind a locked door,YOUR A FUCKIN COWARD MAN!your as low as low gets. i hoped for the best to see this place succeed, but now i would like to see it burn. ASSHOLES have no part in the punk scene or anything it's about. take your fuckin greedy ass somewhere else. you can get the fuck out of OUR town. we did fine without you here all these years and we'll be fine when yer gone .at least bands get paid when we put on shows. fuck your bouncers , fuck your promoters, and fuck you! from the person thats not scared to say shit, jungle
