    Quality abounds at the 42nd Perth Festival of the Arts. Van Morrison, Jools Holland, Sir James Galway will all headline the Festival. It will also stage three operas, host a world-class choir and a big Russian Gala Concert in the stunning Perth Concert Hall, Edwardian Theatre and the 15th century St John's Kirk.
