Pest jay has been involved in the House scene for many years, despite his struggles with the "STRANGE" society around him! He started to DJ for the masses back in 2003! His influences are varied. He grew up around a lot of different music, in the beginning it was hip-hop music, funk, and soul, it was a bit of everything. Anything that he came in contact with, so it wasnt anything in particular, when he grew up it was just a mixture of stuff that you would hear, from Latin, to crazy old soul and disco classics and just a really big mix. He grew up and still lives in Sarajevo(Bosnia and Herzegowina),Pest jay started djing and producing on his computer back in 2000,when he was to young to afford himself some decent equipment. Few years after by accident he made his debut in a local club "ORANGE " ,and since that day he is fully into djing and promoting HOUSE and MUSIC culture in his God forsaken town and land. Despite all the strugles and very tough time and enviroment, he developed a great taste for music, and he got into the production of his first material.
Nowadays he is fully into promoting his sound through a special moto called "SOUND OF MAHALA" and through different venues , radio shows etc
Till now he has done alot in his career, he played alongside some of house music most influenced djs and his dj SETs are being broadcasted regularly on MINISTRY OF SOUND RADIO.
