    So I threw a major fit today: my school offers NO vegetarian options. Granted I live in the south. So this means I have to wake up earlier than my already early 5o'clock wake up time.

    Why isn't anyone talking about SWINE FLU?? The meat industry isn't just killing the poor animals and the misguided ppl who eat them; we are getting sick too!! AND it probably started here in the U.S. Check out this link:

    Just had to take my sweetest rattie to the vet.. She was (very) old and weak, yet still had sooo much love inside.. It caused me great pain to make the decision to let her sleep in peacefully but I believe she is in a good place now aswell.. I wont ever forget her and will always love her to bits and bits.. It brings me great joy to know she was happy with me as her mommy.. She had a good life!!
    I find it hard to accept there are soo many still out there that dont care about the wellfare of animals, who treat them with cruelty and without any respect at all.. Every creature has there own little personality, they feel, are happy and/or sad sometimes... I live for my animals and am glad to see there are still many more out there like you guys at Peta!!! Every happy and healthy animal out there is a job well done!! They need us!!!
