Band Members	The Biography Pete Jacobs Artist/Musician Visionary artists have not been commonly exhibited in this age of predigested cable-visions and computer simulations. Peter Jacobs, a Kansas City native has had his eyes on and hands in art since pre-kindergarten. Initially influenced by Van Gogh, Monet, Gauguin and Michaelangelo, he was later drawn to the paintings of Klee and Kandinsky, and many others. Jacob's acrylic pieces and his oil-pastel compositions suggest meanings or values outside of our microchipped and microwaved, data-infested American tapestry, and can be arresting in their personal imagery. In addition to his dedication to painting, Jacob's has also been a working musician for the last 30 years. He has been featured on many popular albums and continues to contribute to the Kansas City music scene.
