I remember being 10 years old and sitting with a cheap transistor radio to my head singing every song on the radio. I was always singing. I sang when I drove, worked, walked and then I finally started playing guitar in college. After playing open mikes and local clubs, I started putting a number of charity benefits together raising money for diabetes research, for homeless people, women and children. I had been making up these songs for ten years and finally decided to record. I was lucky to work with some great musicians and producers on my three albums:
- Phases of the Heart/1995 - Threads/2003 - elements/2005

My newest album, "elements" features "Now It's We" which has sparse, acoustic tracks. elements spans a simple, sincere wedding song to a nasty, break-up song - best suited for today's reality TV.

John Alagia, best known for his production credits with the Dave Matthews Band, Jon Mayer, and Ben Folds Five, produced my first album, "Phases of the Heart" . My second album "Threads," is comprised of 14 songs and was produced by Pete Snell, who toured as guitarist for six years with Lyle Lovett.

A few years ago I created a website which not only showcases my music but provides a framework to link my songs into a narrative which includes video and my motivations for writing them. The sites warm textured feel and helps tell the stories behind the songs. Check out the songs you like on the Music page for information about who plays on each, the lyrics and some even have alternate song versions.

..Pete Kronowitt Promote Your Page Too..
How're you? Have you been in Vietnam on October? sorry i hadn't red your message so i've missed that . Cause i know some where you can play... Best. Kim Chung
Yo Pete Kronowittasaurus. I just found out that we're related...and as a special family only present we've made a new song for you called "End of Days" (start doing backflips now). It's an epic instrumental opus to the moment when our ancient Dino relatives saw a large fiery object plummeting towards them. Please come to our page, give it a listen and let us know if it makes you feel like something catastrophic is gonna happen. If the song upsets you too much we will be holding several s support groups (read: comcerts) in the near future. Check our page for locations, dates and times.
Many thanks for the friendship, comment, and music! :)
All the best, and have a fantastic week,
Andy :)
