About me: Hi I'm Pete Porker, or as my folks know me - Pete Cooper, I'm the lead singer and motivating force behind a band called The Porkers, and I also manage a record label called Sound System. During my spare time I'm a screenprinter which is what pays the bills, as my other passions only create bills. You can check out more of The Porkers and Sound System at their myspaces, but I set this one up to share a little more of Pete - the man behind the music, - some of my other passions that I never seem to have time to enjoy anymore. More about me... Well I work all day as a screenprinter, which is pretty cool 'cause I get to do lots of band shirts and stickers n stuff. My girlfriend Haley works with me, she's an embroiderer. She's the best thing that's happenned to me, she keeps my sanity from teetering over the edge. A few years ago I bought myself a house in the Port Stephens shire just north of Newcastle, it's not really big enough for all my stuff that I collect, but it's home for now, and I'm slowly renovating it to suit me. My biggest passion other than music is collecting and restoring vintage bmx bikes, which currently fill my house and garage. I have the largest and complete collection of Australian made Quicksilver bikes and through my trade I've been able to make repro sticker sets for these bikes. A big thrill recently was supplying some artwork back to SE Bikes for some of their retro shirt range, I had spent a lot of hours re-creating some of their old art from t-shirts and mine was better than what Todd Lyons had on hand! I'll add more to this soon................

Hey Pete, Strewth, sorry didn't get back to you faster mate. Work got a bit hectic and haven't been on here too much. The gig the following night picked up a truck load on the Penn Lounge gig (made it there just as Resigs finished), how was the rest of the tour?
