Peter Dubs (Peter Bodnar) from Hungary was born in 1985. His relationship with electronic music began very early. He has only loved electronic music since he was born. He was zapped by trance music when he was a child. Peter was 12 when he made himself familiar with a tracker programme. He recognized straightaway that he wants to deal with this all through his life. He managed to find the real art, the joy of creation and creativity. Peter began to create music, first it was his hobby then his flame. Now, it determines his whole life. „Trance”, which is not only a musical style but a lifekind.
In 2003 Peter Dubs got acquainted with Tranzident by favor of Tranzident and Sterbinszky - Gates of Mind - remix competition. Peter Dubs and Tranzident have been working together since then, they have been making joint musics and remixes for one another.
In 2006 Peter's first own issue came into existence. Peter's two tracks "Cubu" and "Hidalgo" were published at a borning label. Cubu made a hit, it was played by Armin van Buuren (TUNE OF THE WEEK in ASOT 268.), Paul van Dyk, Kyau and Albert, Jose Amnesia, Mike Shiver, Airbase, Menno De Jong, Jon O'Bir and many big djs.
Success continued when Peter Dubs and Tranzident made a common production „Drift”. The long version of „Drift” was just finished, it met an international success. Long before the release the most famous DJ’s of the world played the track such as Above and Beyond (RECORD OF THE WEEK in TATW 140), Armin van Buuren (FUTURE FAVOURITE in ASOT 278), Menno De Jong, Airbase and Matt Darey. „Drift” was played 3 weeks long in ASOT and TATW.
Peter professes that he was born to make trance music. He can’t imagine his life without producing. He has been working for long years to achieve his dreams and to show the world his talent. He believes that he will reach his aim with persistence and with love and commitment for music. And maybe some time he can be one of the worlds best trance producers.
