My guitar, voice and backing tracks. I use professionally produced Midi Files, like you will find at TranTracks...and then I tweak them to sound the way I like them. Check out Tran on the web at http://www.trantracks.com/ he is a great resource, tell him Peter Mac sent you.
Influences
Parents and Siblings...I'm a musical mutt I'd have to say...Louis Armstrong, Pat Metheny, Buckwheat Zydeco and bit of everything in between.
Big Band, Oldies and Classic Rock...........I was self taught way back... when I discovered I could reproduce a Cat Stevens or John Denver song by just listening to it. Wow was I surprised and I have never been the same since... now music is the mysterious thing that has always been entwined deep into my life... being the 8th and last child into a Family of 10...I was surrounded by the music from everyone else which pulled me into the deep waters of music...having as my only life preserver I could trust and hold close...I believe that is why I choose to play so many different styles of music when I play for others...but life is not for the faint at heart and you must greet every new morning with the vigor of a child who has to get into the bathroom to pee...ha ha ha..you thought I was getting too deep didn't you...peace.
Thanks for being a friend. May you have a Happy, Warm and Safe Holiday Season and the new year brings you success. May all the hungry get food and warmth. Global respectabillity from all. Stay cool. Respectfully, Buddy Lee Lewis
On behalf of the HD Community, a Great Big THANK YOU is going out to ALL OF THE SUPPORTERS of this annual event. We had just over 100 wonderful people show up at the walk. But whatever the capacity of your support; getting sponsors and walking, showing up to watch the walkers and meeting others, bringing a passing dish, collecting donations and sending them into the HDSA MI Chapter office, this years results are proof of your generous hearts...because all of you raised an amazing $9,447.00 for HD research.
You are fantastic and should have a big smile on your face for making this happen. Thank you again for supporting the HD Community.
