A heartfelt singer-songwriter poised to maintain an element of rock-n-roll flair in his music, Pete Schmidt continues to soar as a prominent acoustic rocker.
Schmidt has shared the stage with national acts including Jason Mraz, Everclear, David Gray and Glen Phillips (Toad the Wet Sprocket). In addition, Pete was invited by Atlantas Star 94 to open for Norah Jones. Industry ears are perking up to hear Schmidts rootsy, soulful songs as he prepares to play alongside Gavin DeGraw.
With significant touring and the power of word-of-mouth, Schmidt has established himself as a noteworthy artist in the acoustic rock scene, while maintaining an extensive underground following. CURB Magazine recently declared that he is quickly gaining a reputation as an artist to watch, while Smother.net pegged his style as the WB sound.
He has already established dedicated fans across the country, whose support helped launch his albums to top slots. His music is currently available on iTunes.
