Cat Care Society and The Misha May Foundation.
Cat Care Society operates a cage-free shelter for homeless and abused cats that provides adoption, counseling, humane education, and community outreach services to enrich the lives of people and cats.
The Misha May Foundation's Mission and Purpose:
To provide options, training and rehabilitation for homeless mixed-breed dogs, or any dogs who need us, until they find a permanent home.
To design creative foster partnerships and innovative programs which maintain or improve the health, social skills and overall well-being of these dogs as they wait for their perfect people.
To consistently support other non-profit organizations that aid and benefit animals.
Pet Projekt is an event put on by local musicians, DJs, and animal lovers in the Denver community. Pet Projekt benefits animal rescue organizations in need of funding to put an end to puppy mills, to educate the public about controlling pet population and to find permanent homes for pets that have been abandoned or relinquished.
2009 Pet Projekt is scheduled for late April or early May.
