NGO Urban Cult is non-profitable,nongovernment organization,which started Petrovac Jazz & Blues Festival on Montenegrin coast.Petrovac Jazz & Blues Festival is important not only for Municipality of Budva,Petrovac and Montenegrin coast,but for state of Montenegro,which will through this festival leave an impress in international events.Performers of all kinds of jazz music, beside concerts, preserved side programs like performans, workshops, expositions and other alternative programs, with lots of press conferences.
