WE NEED YOU ON JANUARY 14TH AT 1PM, CITY HALL – 505 TRAVIS Zoning variance hearing!
Our zoning variance hearing is scheduled for this coming Wednesday, January 14th, 2009, at 1:00PM at City Hall - 505 Travis St. We are pleading with YOU, our supporters, friends, and family to appear at this zoning hearing on our behalf! We need to sit together and be a UNITED FRONT in support of Pet Savers and our four-legged friends!
For those of you who are new to our group, Pet Savers is applying for a zoning variance to allow us to house up to 75 dogs, as opposed to the current city zoning limit of 48 dogs. Pet Savers has always housed over the legal limit, and on average houses between 70-75 dogs on any given day. This is not an issue of wanting to bring in more animals, but to continue with our current average.

This video shows what can be done ~ it is not necessary to kill so many animals, nor kill them in an inhumane manner
Cat House on the Kings Cat Sanctuary ~ amazing video
