Amberland began in the backyard of PGroove super friend and fan, Mark Day. His property, located just outside of downtown Jefferson, GA was called Amberland and played host to a small, intimate, Memorial Day weekend cook out. It was here that the first Amberland took place with Perpetual Groove and about 35 or so other people. The event has continued to grow each year with new locations and new faces. Amberland is NOT a music festival - Amberland is a social, a state of mind, a chance for friends to meet, a chance to relax, and a chance to connect with Perpetual Groove.
Amberland is a Perpetual Groove tradition, a giant ice cream social, an excuse to all get together under the stars, and a time to celebrate this fantastic community that has developed and evolved around the band over the past seven years. It's a weekend marathon of fun, sun, great friends, and the perfect summer soundtrack of music from your favorite band. In a time that continues to be inundated with events that force you to sprint from stage to stage, we offer ample time for relaxation and socializing for those in attendance. Often times its the notes that aren't played that provide for some of the most timeless memories and moments, onstage and off.
There will be no RV passes sold this year, but you are welcome to bring an RV, camper, or tow behind trailer. You will be directed to a specific camping area, so as to not disturb the primitive camping areas. Days passes will be sold only for Sunday at a cost of $50.00, there are no Saturday-only passes. Amberland is a no re-entry event, so please come prepared for the weekend. We will not have ATMs or credit card machines on site this year, so please come prepared with plenty of cash for vending and basic supplies that will be made available at the general store. Jeff Wood of Drowning Creek Studios will once again be producing another beautiful limited edition print to commemorate the event and for those that purchase the print, you will have the opportunity to have it signed by the band.

To anyone who is going to Sweetwater Brewery in Atlanta on Sunday, August 3rd for STS9 earlier in the afternoon, SWAYZE's is the place to go to keep the music pumping and the bodies moving. EP3 will play one long set, following Swank Sinatra and Miles From Pangaea.
The event at Sweetwater Brewery will be over by 6 at the latest, so you have plenty of time to relax, and enjoy some of their delicious microbrews before heading to Swayze's to keep the fun flowing.
