I have too many bands in my CD collection to mention all the ones that matter... so it's good that I have a heirarchical structure that requires the higher echelons to be mentioned at every opportunity. I shall now recite the names:

If it moves me physically or emotionally (especially the latter) then I'll like it.

Oldboy, The Matrix (1 & 2... 3 is a bit dodgy), anything with martial arts in it (Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan are gods and House Of Flying Daggers was tops), Saw 3 (purely for the gore - beats Hostel hands down), Die Hard, 300, Batman Begins & The Dark Knight, District 13, A History Of Violence, Serenity, Ninja Scroll, Sin City, etc. I've also found that 2 films in particular, High Fidelity and Hitch, also hit too close to home in too many respects to be ignored.

As someone might have once said (but they probably didn't), "I wank therefore I am." You can't beat a good sly thrash off the wrist. But it's true, I'm a total wanker and keep trying to educate people with this truth but they don't seem to listen, especially my gorgeous girlfriend, Susan, who puts up with more hassle off me than any human being should but saw fit to move in with me and live in communal sin with my sorry ass. I love that lassie to bits. She's even cured me of being the slag I was to simply sword fencing with her alone, no mean feat I can tell you.
I play bass in a band from Edinburgh called The Colour Pink Is Gay. The name is stupid and means nothing so don't take it seriously, plus anyone that thinks it's homophobic needs to get laid more, whether it be by man, woman, animal or inanimate object. It's a mixture of crazy time signatures, metal-as-fuck riffs and bouncy hardcore bits. I originally recorded session bass for their E.P. before I got asked to join and I liked them so much that I did. Ah, it's good to be playing mad shit again.
Apart from playing with that bunch, I have previously treaded the boards with an Edinburgh band called Friday Night Gunfight who were amazing in my opinion (I loved this band even before I was asked to join them) and 2 Glasgow bands called Godplayer and PigScum. Fantastic music on all counts so go listen. The PigScum stuff might be hard to get a hold of though. I've been known to whore myself to other bands now and then too. See below for all the gen there. Musically, I like being able to spread myself. Like a prostitute on happy hour.
I don't really do much else apart from play too much Xbox and Guitar Hero, or watch anything from my vast collection of DVDs that has recently expanded to a ridiculous level since my beloved Susan interlaced her own collection with mine. That's an even bigger step than marriage in my opinion.
I also like masturbating in cinemas to "Mars Attacks". wondering if neds realise they are neds or not and attempting to work out where Joe Public stays so I can post shite through his letterbox.
