About me:

Originally known as "Funk Phenomenon", a team was born during the Summer of 1996 in the St. Martha's Basketball League. The team consisted of Alvin Aguilar's High School friends. That year, Funk Phenomenon made it to the League Finals. During their second year, they made it through the first round of the Playoffs. In 2004, after a long hiatus, Alvin Aguilar, team captain, decided to reunite his old team with both old players and new players to form "Phenoms" and joined the ABA League also known as "Asian Hoops." The team had its ups and downs, but continued to enjoy the excitement of the game. In 2006, Phenoms decided to join SBL, Superstar Basketball League, in League's second season, where Alvin had to re-build his team once again with old members, his franchise players, SG Ryan Francisco and SF/PF Ken Ngarayawongse, and new recruits. Phenoms made it to the playoffs that season. Phenoms continue to strive towards the path back to the Playoffs with the loss of a number of players, including Ernest Pablo, who created his own team, Relics. ..
