About me:

I'm a New Englander who's been living in Seattle since early 2002. Although I still love Boston and New England, I love my new home of Seattle very much and have no intentions of ever leaving. I'm now working as a freelance editor. I love music, and listen to it often - usually KEXP 90.3 FM in Seattle, otherwise my own collection. I go out to at least one rock concert a month and blog about it here in my MySpace blog. I also studied and played classical violin for over 30 years, though never professionally. I've been on a long-term hiatus from playing for the past several years, but I do want to get back into playing violin in a rock/pop context. I enjoy both board games and role-playing games, and I'm active with a group of friends in developing and writing new games as well as running the Go Play Northwest gaming weekend. I've studied various martial arts, mainly tai chi, kung fu, and bagwa chung, and I intend to get back into training soon. I also enjoy cycling, though I haven't owned a bicycle in years, and urban hiking here in Seattle.

Who I'd like to meet:

More cool bands More great people

Um, sorry for the inappropriate posts. I'm having it checked out, but as I said, pretty much know where it is happening. I do REALLY appreciate you letting me know though, as I never use this page and wouldn't have known. :)

    Hey There,

Warmed up. LA show in November. I want to play for you, you want to see me play...

So...what the helll...I've entered this contest. First prize funds recording. But, it will also help determine where I have a large enough audience to make tour stops. Kicking off an online campaign, running through Halloween.

And, you can make things happen. To do it, "Demand Me" at Eventful.com/leahchandra.

    Cheers,

    Leah Chandra
