Since its inception in 1954, the Philharmonic Society has presented the world's most acclaimed symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, soloists and international artists for the enjoyment and appreciation of Orange County audiences. The mission of the Philharmonic Society of Orange County, a not-for-profit corporation, is to foster, promote and increase the knowledge and appreciation of music and the arts through the presentation and performance of national and international stature and the development and implementation of a wide variety of education outreach programs.
