Howdy folks!
Thanks for stopping by my space. For those of you who don’t know me, I do music. I write it, play it, sing it, produce it, record it, publish it and release it! I’ve been doing music for nearly 30 years, taking 4 years off to serve my country in the United States Marine Corps, SEMPER FI!
After playing music in many different places with many different bands, I’ve settled in at The Old Talbott Tavern in Bardstown, Ky. I play my acoustic show / DJ show every Thursday night and I play my acoustic show in the old Pub side of the Talbott Tavern on the last full weekend of each month. Try to stop by and see me sometime, you might enjoy yourself.
I’ve written and co-written many songs over the years. The most popular song is, “Cold October Night” a song I wrote on a cool November morning back in 1990. Many of my songs have been released overseas with Independent Record Companies. I’m currently working with NBT Records in West Virginia and Diamond Back Records of Texas.
I have 5 songs coming out this year on NBT Records on their “Ride the Train” series, and the opportunity to put out an entire train song CD.
I’ve had 4 songs released on Diamond Back Records so far this year. One song has recently made it on the European Country Music Association top 100 charts. I’m very happy about that.
I’m planning to start my own record label this year with the first release coming out this summer. It’ll be all original songs with a combination of some old and new. There will be at least 4 songs that I’ve co-written with my good friend Hal Johnson of Loves Park, Illinois. Being a new small record label, I won’t be able to get the CD on the shelves at Wal-mart, so you’ll have to contact me to get a copy. Eventually my record company will be putting together Compilation CDs that will feature many different artists and songwriters, so if you’re a Band, Singer or Songwriter; or know someone that is, let me check ‘it out.

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
