I really appreciate your visit and hope you like what you find here on my little nook of MySpace.
I'm currently in Samoa and have been seeking out some the amazing sounds and excellent musos this beautiful country has to offer. Shoot on over to HERE and have a peek at me jamming with one of the top local bands.
Also, as some of you are already aware, I've just posted another 'TooN' here on MySpace
'THE NIGHT OF THE GALE'
Its a song I penned back in '84 and thought I may do something with one day, so better late than (n)ever. Hope you like it as much as I liked doing it.
Please feel free to drop a critique as I am very interested to know what you think, good or bad. (After all, you are the ones that matter)........ P.R.
Acoustic/Electric ~ Blues|Rock|Folk etc. Phill plays a variety of styles to accompany his original compositions. An Australian east coast resident, from Melbourne to Brisbane and back, he has played with and supported the likes of Ralph McTell ('Streets Of London'), Noel Paul Stookey (from Peter Paul & Mary) and the late Andy Gibb on past tours of OZ.
Phills' compositions are those drawn by a true balladeer who sings about life and love. Where his more dynamic electric style lends itself to good times R&R, Blues and 70s flavours with a dash of country rock thrown in........ 'Lets Go Out' magazine......
"See my BLOG for the unabridged version" ....... P.R.
I've put up some pics from my time in the central pacific country of Kiribati. I went there with Australian Volunteers International in 2001 as a Technical Advisor/IT Lecturer at the Tarawa Technical Institute for two years and stayed on for another two.
Formerly known as the Gilbert Islands, until gaining independence from the British in 1979. The I-Kiribati (pron: e - kiry-bus) are some of the most friendliest people I have met. It was more of a culture shock coming back home to Australia. Have a look at my Pics of this country that will one day disappear beneath the rising tides.........P.R.

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
I encourage all to visit the YouTube page to learn more (Show support! Rate! Comment!) and responsibly circulate as widely as possible, here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaIim3Rj7L4
