because a text there says that to be declared as an artist and to be authorised to sell my own artwork,
je ne suis pas autorisée à vendre mon art, parce qu'un texte dit que pour être déclaré comme artiste et être autorisé à vendre mon propre travail,
I've got to pay a cotisation (very expensive) & that professionnalism and experience has got nothing to see with to be an artist :

As a job seeker from long time (3 years) with only 99€88 since a little of time every 3 months, I am into the impossibility to pay anything.

I've been invited to a lot of artistic events for Christmas 2008 where my art will be, but where people won't be able to buy me it for such texts reasons.
