Jonah Ray
Slacker/Anti-Hero/Lover of zombie films. Born and raised in Hawaii, Jonah has been doing stand-up for over three years. In that short time he has written for Showtime, appeared on Comedy Central, espn, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The International Channel, IFC, and is currently working on MTV’s hit show “The Andy Milonakis Show.” He didn’t go to college because he didn’t want to.
The Reverend Tim McIntire
Comedian/Writer. If you haven’t read, seen, or heard his work we just feel empty inside for you. Seriously, get out more. He has written for “The Fairly Oddparents,” www.mensrights.com, and for the Harvard literary magazine “The Charles River Review.” He wrote, produced, directed, and starred in the critically-acclaimed Thursday Night Fights. Which The Boston Globe called, "best night of comedy in New England.” Want more on that subject? Fine. Check out the documentary called "Rev. Tim McIntire and the Temple of Comedy." A nationally touring headliner, his stand-up was named Best of Boston by Boston Magazine and lead to him recording his first album, “Poor Impulse Control.” He recently finished recording his second comedy album, “Scatterbrain.”
Gariana Abeyta
Comedian/Writer/Projectionist. Hero of the working class, banned from the Loaf & Jug in Fountain, Colorado. You may have seen her stand-up on Almost Live from the Comedy Corner, Comedy Compadres, Funny is Funny, or Nickelodeon's "And Now Here’s This." Her aggressive style of comedy has won her awards, lead to a successful USO tour, and lost her many friends. Between touring the United States and to help feed her overwhelming desire for seeing movies for free, she has worked her entire life as a projectionist. Two of those lucky establishments include Grauman’s Chinese Theater and Arclight’s Cinerama Dome, two of the most famous movie theaters in the world.
Grae Drake
Film Editor/Hellcat. She was the cinematographer on the short film
"Yada Yada," which screened at the Sundance Film Festival, and if that
wasn't hoity-toity enough for you, she also had a short film screen at
the Director's Guild of America in 2003. She wore several hats on
that film, entitled "Stupid in Love," including Executive Producer and
Editor. She wasn't responsible for naming it, though. In fact, she
is terrible with names. She's already forgotten yours.
Matty Boom
Writer/Alpha Jew. After graduating from Sarah Lawrence College, Matty sold an original screenplay to Paramount called “Cover Band." He recently has had two books published: “How to Get on Reality TV” (Random House) and “All In: Poker Night Lessons for Winning Big at Your Career" (ReganBooks, HaperCollins). He is a full-time screenwriter and novelist living in Los Angeles, CA. Matty also runs www.WhiteEyeLid.com, a snooty film review site, and his reviews are often re-published on Aintitcoolnews.com. He also heads a popular, local satirical rap troupe called “The Trilambs.” They have released three records and had a girl show her boobs on stage once. Real boobs.
B.J. Serviss
Projectionist/Actor. It’s his name, get over it! What are you, twelve? BJ is a graduate of the University of
Albany’s prestigious acting program. You might have seen B.J. onstage in any one of the following
productions: Orange, The Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Twelfth Night, Marvin’s Room, and The Wizard of
Oz. He was also the star of the independent film “Wik.” B.J. is the youngest Cinerama picture engineer in
history and can drive a stick shift.
