My interests are somewhat narrowly focused. I enjoy the idea of all forms of motor-racing, but I concentrate only on the highest levels: MotoGP, Formula 1 and the American LeMans Series/Le Mans Endurance Series. This could be the year for Kimi in F1 and Hopkins in MotoGP, they've both got good equipment and they seem to be doing well with it.

Music
Currently on rotation in the truck: Bad Religion (Recipe for Hate), Black Flag (The First Four Years), Dropkick Murphys (The Warrior's Code), Pink Floyd (Wish You Were Here), Operation Ivy (Eponymous), Mother Love Bone (Eponymous), Judas Priest (Angel of Retribution), Halford (Resurrection) and a bunch of other stuff. I recently re-organized all my discs and moved them to books, which made me re-discover a MESS of CD's I'd forgotten I had.
Movies
Le Mans, Faster, El Dorado, Apocalypse Now, Dazed & Confused, PCU, Office Space, Holy Grail, Memento, Fight Club, Oceans 11, Charade, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Days of Thunder, Love Actually, and so many more that I just can't get into it right now. Come over and check out the collection.
Television
Well, the SPEED Channel pretty much rules my life from January to late October. Once that's done, or they're showing stock car racing, I trend towards Adult Swim (esp Robot Chicken, Venture Bros, Sealab 2021 and Harvey Birdman), Family Guy, The Sopranos, House, The Office, Mythbusters and Miami Ink. And, whenever it's on, the best show ever made: Top Gear!!!
Books
I've recently discovered how much fun it is to read Chuck Palhaniuk's work, Fight Club was amazing. I'll read and re-read anything by Hunter S Thompson, I think I've read Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas 10 times. Jack Kerouac influenced me a lot when I was younger, I probably read On The Road as much as HST. On a lighter side, I've always enjoyed the Jack Ryan books by Tom Clancy, the Sharpe books by Bernard Cornwell and the Discworld Series by Terry Pratchett. Douglas Adams kept me laughing throughout high school and still does to this day with the Hitchhikers Guide series (a 5 book trilogy!).
Heroes
My brother, for recognizing what he had to do and doing it. He's one of the few people i know that i never have to truly worry about. his head's screwed on right.

About me: Well, i've moved on to a new work environment. Back to the old corporate grind. Could be worse, really, good bennies, relaxed atmosphere, lots of vacay, decent money.
Who I'd like to meet: One of the people I always wanted to meet died early in 2005. Hunter S Thompson was a strange, crazy man with a beautiful and twisted soul. I think that if he didn't shoot me on sight, we could have had some interesting conversations.

Great wedding/honeymoon pics! Congratulations! Makes me wish I were on an island somewhere. (Have you ever noticed that no one ever gets out of the water at a swim up bar? They just keep drinking... ewww...)
