Capricorn USA was originally formed in 2004 in Hampton Roads, VA with great local success and notoriety from Motorhead fans worldwide. Two songs appeared on last year's tribute CD called "Remember me now, I'm Motorhead" released by North Carolina's Scatboy Records. After disbanding completely in early 2006, Phlemmy moved to Austin, TX and has decided to put the band back together with some local musicians including Doug Morrison (formerly of Neil Turbin), Jason McMaster (Broken Teeth, Watchtower, Dangerous Toys) and AJ (Thunderosa).
Phlemmy handled the bass, drums and vocals on the 2 studio tracks posted above for your listening pleasure. Dizzo handled all guitars.
The first live song is from our first show in 2004 and Ace of Spades (Acoustic) is from our final Virginia performance in the Spring of 2006. Totally unrehearsed and in the raw. Enjoy!
